Personal Goals
20 mins of arms and abs- 45 min ride w/ Akin. Yoga at the vida. I got carried away on the bike and rode it like I owned it. Bonus points for walking from the office to the gym 45th and 6th to 12th and 4th. Not too shabby. All in all I burned about 1300 cals in the time spent post work. ONE WEEK til I'm in PR and I plan on rocking it out mostly naked style.
7 AM yoga and walked to work. ATE GIANT COOKIE and PASTA for dinner in prep for my big lean project this coming month. BYE BYE shit.

I'm counting the workshop because I walked there and back- about three miles and it sucked away 2 hours that I could have been in spinning and then yoga.
yoga! AND tons of speed walking -over an hour of being pulled by Annabelle. Dog sitting is so fit and beautiful!!!!
