Wrote a message in the Change Your Life teleclass today. It was still scary for me, but I feel more connected to the group when I participate.
Making up for yesterday...again! Today I acknowledge myself for:
1. Realizing that I am not honoring my commitments.
2. Restructuring my thoughts about commitments as being my choices not "shoulds". This made a huge difference in the things I get done!
3. Catching up on my notes from CYL
4. Getting back to writing in my Fearless Living journal.
5. Taking some fun me time in the evening just to relax and unwind.
Today I acknowledge myself for:
1. Taking a risk and going skating!! :)
2. Having a little more of a conversation with my husband. This one's going to take a while.
3. Skipping the sweets when we stopped at a bakery after skating and getting a juice instead.
4. Talking to a stranger at the skating rink and planning to meet her there again next week. This is so unlike me!
5. Taking the rest of the night off to relax and rest my sore feet!
Today I took a risk, a fun risk, but still a risk! When I was young, I loved to ice skate. I grew up on a lake, and had a huge skating rink every winter. I'm sure I spent 90% of my free time on that rink! It was my heaven! Today, my daughter and I went down to an indoor skating rink and for the first time in ten years, I skated! It was terrifying at first, but once I got used to the feeling again, it was FABULOUS! I'd forgotten just how much I love it and didn't realize how much I missed it. My daughter had a ball too, and we plan on going at least once a week!
Through the boot camp here and CYL, I've been having a lot of insights. One of these involved an issue with my husband that has been troubling me. It's been a problem between us for as long as we've known each other (30 years), but I guess I've just never been in a place where I could think it through and realize that something had to be done. Tonight after dinner I started a conversation with him about this problem. We made a great start in dealing with it, but didn't solve it, so we will talk about it again at another time. It was a great conversation and a great start! It was scary, but worth the risk!
Today I acknowledge myself for:
1. Reading a chapter in my writing book.
2. Being up and ready for the teleclass call this morning.
3. Catching up on my CYL assignments.
4. Finally being honest and truthful to myself about my feelings of being hurt.
5. Having a talk with my husband.
Today I acknowledge myself for:
1. Writing down the many insights I'm getting and keeping them so I can go back over them.
2. Writing 100 skills that I have (even harder than 100 things I love!)
3. Doing all my notes and homework for the CYL class.
4. Getting serious about my Avon business!
5. Taking some time to reflect on all that I've learned through the Boot camp here, CYL and FLTP.
Started posting on the CYL facebook page. I was so scared to open up there and put that first post up, but the group was very kind and supportive. I'm still not posting as much as I should, but will keep working on it!
Took a risk today with the CYL teleclass. For the first time, I made a comment and asked a question. I was extremely nervous, but I did it! Got some great information from Rhonda, too! :) Hopefully the more I do this, the easier it will get!
Just getting over an illness, so time to get back on track here!

1. Working daily to get my assignments done for CYL.
2. Taking time to really integrate what I'm learning
3. Writing down 100 things that I love! That is not easy! :)
4. Taking it easy today as I'm still not feeling great, and I hurt my back.
5. Getting back on this site and doing my acknowledgements again! Yay!
