did abs after my run, and will now have a homemade bagel for breakfast. I have to work today (boo) so i'll do the rest of the football workout during the day...
Didn't get all the football workout done during the day, but did go for a run in the morning. Breakfast was a homemade muffin and milk, and lunch was more chicken and rice.
I think next week i'll do more yoga - i really need to stretch more.

Still can't do 5 minutes of burpees, but did get a healthy breakfast out of the work catering today (why do they normally only have sugary pastries for breakfast? I had to ask for toast and fruit!) and lunch was fish and veggie tacos.
Got in another (non-football) work out today, with running up and down the stairs. Breakfast was the last of the baked oatmeal (thankfully) and lunch was wholewheat pasta & veggies.
I need to make it back to my yoga classes and start doing at home practices again!
Got up to three minutes of burpees! breakfast was more baked oatmeal, lunch was grilled chicken, veggies and beans (weird work catering :)) but dinner was not healthy: a big burger and fries...
Tried to do the football work out after work - it was hard! didn't make it through all the burpees and sprints, but my abs are definitely stronger than before!

Breakfast was baked oatmeal, lunch was a small roast beef sandwich and tea.
Went for a run, then did the football workout, then had breakfast (more baked oatmeal...) Then did more yard work and house projects. My neighbors came over to say hi and bring me some food. So now I'm trying to avoid eating the cake I made to say thank you :)
Lunch was drinkable yogurt, tomato salad and a small home-made bagel.

Breakfast was another granola bar, tea and some dried fruit. I did most of the football workout in the middle of my "climbing stairs workout" at work, but I didn't feel like getting on the floor :) so v-ups and bicycles had to wait until after work...
