breakfast was a bagel and milk, and lunch was chicken tacos. I did the football workout in the morning, before going on a run. Maybe I should add a personal goal for running X miles? but then I'd need to figure out how far I actually run...

Breakfast was fruit and a whole grain bagel. I did the football workout before bed, and also went for a run. It was rainy - i guess fall is really here!

had to go to work way too early, so i split the workout into 2 parts. Breakfast was an apple, tea and a fruit cup. (catch up for Fri)

I managed to make it to the gym tonight, for the football workout and yoga (before)... breakfast was two granola bars, and water. I meant to go running but forgot my music/headphones...
