A longer run on saturday, to prep for sunday's 10k. Also did 44 pushups for the challenge, plus thousands and yoga. I need to come up with a better running schedule.
Another 3 mile run, plus thousands and yoga.
skipped yoga, but did thousands and pushups (and counted it as boot camp)
skipped yoga, but did another 3 mile run and thousands.
26 pushups for 100 pushups/day challenge. Also bootcamp work out, yoga and started sewing the quilt
did the push up test on monday - got to 18. also did a 3 mi run
Alright! a bunch of catch up posts are coming, but I finished my 10K trail run today! And it was half up and half down the (steep) mountain, so i was pretty happy to finish...
A shorter run, and I'm counting my 15 min of mediation as yoga today... most of the 30 minutes of computer time was doing the catch up posts :) The goal next week will be to actually do the posts during the week... Sunday is my next race, and I guess its too late to really do hill training...
Another long run today, followed by lots of time outside. And some progress on the quilt...
A friday off, and it was awesome. counting getting the quilt together for sewing as finishing one "item", went for a run (still no hills) and did a bootcamp work out before bed...
