Another 3 mile run, plus thousands and yoga.
skipped yoga, but did thousands and pushups (and counted it as boot camp)
26 pushups for 100 pushups/day challenge. Also bootcamp work out, yoga and started sewing the quilt
did the push up test on monday - got to 18. also did a 3 mi run
A friday off, and it was awesome. counting getting the quilt together for sewing as finishing one "item", went for a run (still no hills) and did a bootcamp work out before bed...
No run, but did do a bootcamp work out on wednesday. I've stopped doing yoga in the mornings, which is bad, but it does mean i get some more sleep...
Catch up post for the week
It was still hot, but I did a quick run (2 mi) in the evening. Plus the bootcamp I missed on Friday.
Dinner was definitely NOT healthy on wednesday, but it was good. And i did a boot camp workout beforehand! :)
Yoga + boot camp + a short run (1.5 miles) I'm definitely feeling all this after the race...
