Friday was nuts... Just a short run/walk, should have done better
Work out but skipped my run... Sleeping is good
6 mile run! Plus workout after.
2.5 mile speed workout this morning. Way stress full day at work, so I broke into the candy stash...no good. I have to find a better way to deal with the stress.
Easy run (30 min) plus the rezalution workout. Tomorrow is my rest day! Hopefully my quads will be happier.
Long run for the week + lots of walking. I think after this week's rezalution workouts, I'm boycotting squats.
Tempo run + workout...enough with the squats!
Strength workout plus laid out my training plan for the half marathons in the fall...
