Big guns on the bike today.
Back on the bike after dog sitting for my friend's dog. Nikita and I had lots of fun along the river last week which I will eventually update.
Today was a great yet tough ride led by Carrie Green who has been doing a stellar job kicking my butt and loving it!!

45min on the elliptical, 30 minutes on a stationary bike, 100 sit ups, varied sets of biceps and triceps
9:30 spin at fly wheel with Stephanie. Great workout-feel like I'm back in the game. Onward to Easter weekend in Massachusetts!
Took Jesse Alexander's ride at flywheel today. My favorite line in class, " take it to third with just the right amount of attitude and don't forget to work that swagger". That made the tough climb a little more fun. I've been off on the bike this week so I was surprised to break 200 torque.
What I ate today: soy chai latte, two hard boiled eggs, chopped green salad with added vegetables and chick peas, coffee with soy creamer, baby carrots, vegetable roll with brown rice from the local sushi place.
