It was my Birthday and I taught spin and strength and stretch. Both classes were sort of sparsely attended, but fun and the weather was stunning. Made waffles for the kiddos' lunch and then hit the Irish pub for dinner with the wifely and friends.

Taught a good spin class. We were on & off the bike quite a bit to do medicine ball slams, thrusters, sprints, pushups and more. Then, a friend wanted to do a little yoga for cool down which was exactly what I needed.

Last night, I got sucked into an early episode of Sons of Anarchy after catching up on last weekend's Walking Dead.
Good group in spin today. They teased me about feeling better, so I guess they got a good workout. Wound down with a little yoga.

Worked those thousands right into my class this evening. Easy-squeasy. I had a slightly reduced lung capacity, but I think I still gave a pretty good class.

Chatted with a friend and gently rode spin bikes. Then taught yoga. No so recommended when you're sick with a scratchy voice, but it still felt good.
