Not an impressive workout month, but I'm finishing on a high note! Got my vacation weary buns outta bed this morning and got to the gym by 5:15am for my last elliptical workout of 2012. I officially have enough Christmas padding to go on my New Year's diet! :-) It was fun while it lasted....

4.2 mile run around the golf course...love to look around this neighborhood at all the palm trees and flowers. Sucking in the warm weather while I can!

A brisk, hilly walk on the treadmill was all I could muster this morning, but it's done, I'm awake...healthy...sweaty...and ready for today!
took to the indoors today as my running buddy was fighting a cold, but still a good 4-mile run (treadmill style) and several calories gone! Love my "me time" on Saturday mornings!
