late workout. a little nervous for bootcamp tomorrow. this week I'm starting a free trial at a local gym, so I have no excuse not to get my cardio in when it's cold/rainy. I'm determined to get back on track after my hiatus!
first workout in a week. I feel a bit stiff. hopefully tomorrow will be a bit easier.
did some cardio and then some Jillian Michaels leg workouts from Youtube. still feeling lightheaded after 10 or 15 minutes of cardio, and I'm unable to see a doctor so I still don't know why. :/
another tough bootcamp workout with intense cardio (that's the 3 miles). had to sit out the core workout part because I started getting lightheaded again.
crazy intense workout in bootcamp, and I almost passed out. but I made it through alright, and I got an amazing core workout.
nothing like starting a workout at 8:30 am on Monday! I got off track over the weekend but I'm determined to make this week better.
beautiful act was doing an extra 10 minutes of stretches and yoga poses. it was so relaxing.
decent recovery workout. forgot to mention that my beautiful act for today was mailing a letter to Kevin. :)
