Thanksgiving! Kevin and I walked 6 miles after an early dinner. :)
good workout in bootcamp. it was a pyramid that we've done once before, only this time the laps were longer. I didn't finish, but I feel awesome for getting through it.
first workout in a week. I feel a bit stiff. hopefully tomorrow will be a bit easier.
did some cardio and then some Jillian Michaels leg workouts from Youtube. still feeling lightheaded after 10 or 15 minutes of cardio, and I'm unable to see a doctor so I still don't know why. :/
another tough bootcamp workout with intense cardio (that's the 3 miles). had to sit out the core workout part because I started getting lightheaded again.
