Personal Goals
Pretty good day overall. I think I'm going to start doing Pilates and/or yoga on one of my off days from bootcamp.
Didn't do much yesterday since I had homework and chores to do. That and cheering on my Giants to clinch the division! I came up with a "workout game" for watching baseball, where things like runs and stolen bases count for a certain number of an exercise. Kevin did it yesterday for his Dodgers game, and I'll be doing mine today from yesterday's Padres-Giants game.
Several minor victories for the day: ate a plate of fruit & veg when I felt like eating copious amounts of tortilla chips, got my essay rough draft done on time, held another actual conversation with a girl from my math class, and broke in my new yoga pants (they're so comfy and they smell like the mall!)
Oh, and Kevin and I got a bit of spotlight for our "love walk" goal (thank you, von Hottie!) I think we reached 100 miles today but I'm not sure.
One more day and it's officially my weekend and hopefully I'll finally have time to watch some sports!
Morning and past lunch. Doing much better than yeaterday.
