I'm grateful for good helpful advice that makes a difference :)
I am grateful Liz provided info on the Trapeze Muscle problem I'm having. The ball felt soooooo good!
I'm grateful today is the cusp of a long weekend!
I'm grateful that I stayed with the practice and I see and feel relative changes. It is incentive to continue to learn and grow. I'll never balance on one finger but I know I can do what my personal limitations allow. :)
Wow, I thought I did this earlier this morning and only needed to update. I guess it didn't take so I did the whole day in one run.
I'm grateful today that I noticed that I'm more aware of walking of all things and how I distribute my weight.
Today I am just grateful. Period.
I'm grateful for where I am in my life right now :)
I am grateful for the posture change that is slowly happening as a result of this program and resulting mindfulness. Small adjustments in posture are making a relative difference in the pain I feel on a daily basis.
I am grateful that one of the byproducts of Yoga is mindfulness.
