2 mile jog and 1.8 mile walk (to and from cheap parking lot to office)
2 mile jog (not the best idea - knee is not getting better)
2 mile jog plus 1 hour yard work.
6 miles (3+3), a bit faster but still slowed up by the knee.
8 miles slow run (2 miles at a time).
2.3 mile jog (bit faster than past week, but still trying to do little because of my right knee)
6 miles slow jog (in two parts again - 2miles this morning, 4 miles late afternoon).
First day the knee has felt at all better, so fingers crossed it is finally on the mend. (Shows my age, that a kid tripping over my heel causes a week+ knee injury!) Someone could look at me funny and I'd probably pull a muscle.
6 mile slow jog (2 miles a.m. + 4 miles p.m.)
just walking (slowly, at that - knee still hurts). glad to even be able to do that.
4 hours of cleaning the house: I think that counts? (moving the whole time, lifting things...)
