Personal Goals
Woke up at 6:30, had tea and an omelet with onion, chilies, and cilantro for breakfast, did step aerobics and total body conditioning classes followed by a nice long sauna, and had a banana and greek yogurt for lunch. And now I will read The Hunger Games like a crackhead and ignore everyone for the rest of the day.
6:30, and managed to not be a zombie but instead went to the gym on time... progress!
6:40 this morning...
