Yikes, lots to catch up on.
Sadly, I has a booboo and I can't exercise until it heals. Even simple daily walking and climbing steps is painful. So mostly I've been sitting since Saturday. Ready to lose my mind!
I can still do the food- and drink-related goals though. And sleep! So that's something...
I better get a move on these thousands... seeing 0s makes me twitchy.
More cardio, and the supersecret machines are still a secret. I hope they stay that way :)
Other 2 healthy meals for today were brown rice/black beans/salsa/guacamole and then saffron pilaf/green beans/grilled red pepper and onion.
Fresh pineapple for bfast again... it was scrumptious.
