+10 Spine Strengtheners at 3 reps each; toe, hip, & jumps 2 sets of 25 each with a 3 min. break for a total of 50; core & stretching for lower back and abs; for Bootcamp Workout: Biceps curl, 10 ea x3 reps; Shoulder builder, 8 ea x2 reps; total workout lasted 50 minutes with four (3 min. breaks) resistance workouts with a GYMBar. This is new to me and I am following directions; working for stamina and endurance first...lot of grunting and groaning; and sweating due to humidity and me using muscles; sort of smiling...puppy is smiling and sleeping. Life is good! Muscles are tired.
