I didn't have so much energy , but anyway I took Zumba and yoga classes!
My band had a July 4 concert at our town beach, and it included our new bandstand dedication ceremony. It took almost 5 years from the planning to build it! Every members were looking forward to playing on the new stand. It was a beautiful night ! The moon was gorgeous red, the band played well, and the fireworks were beautiful ! Completely total bliss :)
I cooked ratatouille using our own zucchini for supper! It tasted good :). Happy forth of July.!
I took a cardio resistance class, then I went to the weight room to do assisted wide grip pull ups. At home I took a nice long bath and foam rolling.
I took a Zumba class. I was well prepared! Before leaving for the class I practice basic three steps on YouTube. I love Zumba , I want to move my hip more smoothly :)
Saturdays are my rest days, so I enjoyed yoga at home. During the bliss challenge I even stop having any protein shake to avoid sweetener. My protein powder contains some sweetener :(
I took a kick boxing class for the first time! I was not sure at first, but after finishing one hour class with a lot of sweat I actually liked it. Then I took one hour yoga class. In the yoga class my instractor taught me how to move ab muscles. It's interesting ! You let exhale all the breath out, moving abs towards chest, and bending forward. Next try move your abs circle! I couldn't do it, but I felt my ab muscles. I'll practice it!
