Circuit training for today!
Today's workout
5 mins warmup - I used cardio workout app for warmup. It is easy to use and has variety.
I like bodyrock workout, and today I used Zuzana's WOW #41 exercise. Prisoner jump squats, row and twist, burpee and step up, and doggie leg lift and push up! They were tough, it took 17 mins to finish.
Then yoga journal core for 20 mins.

I did 30 mins cardio yoga, 20 mins BodyRock TV workout, and 20 mins stress-reducing yoga.
