Personal Goals
My breakfast was usual blueberry kefir, oatmeal pancakes and coffee. I did vacuum as warm -up. Then 30 mins cardio - mix of jump rope, side lunges, burpees, push ups, ab works. I want to jog when it's getting warmer.
I had a nice Japanese style vegan breakfast, then I did cardio. The heart rate was over 70 % of my max heart rate! My lunch was brussel sprouts and tofu stir fry. I started practicing mindful eating!
