Personal Goals
Day one of the decluttering challenge! So far so good! I did the kitchen. 10 minutes was not enough, but I thought overdone overkill . Starting small, and aiming big!
I just came home from a morning yoga class. It's humid, but the room was nicely air conditioned. We did a lot of back bend. Now I feel I have more space around my spine. And I like it. I love yoga most, then Zumba!
