Personal Goals
Swimming today. Actually wrote and completed a real set for the first time in probably 8 years, so that's some accomplishment. :) I only did 1600 yds yesterday, but I didn't want to tire myself out the first time back. No soreness today, just a little fatigue. I am hoping to swim again this weekend... it really felt great!

AMAZING Yoga class today. Amazing. Though it hurt a bit too much because I'd been doing planks throughout the day under the desk! ACK!
