I'm working hard to keep up with the running...it's hard as running is *not* one of my favorite things to do, but I know it's good for me...so I'm trying to keep with it. Thanks for your support =)

May I ask what is the Mood Level thingy? I am afraid if I research it may end up pushing the wrong thing and would be doing it without knowing? ;-)

Hi Liz,
The mood level check - in is part of the 40 day Lenten Challenge. There are several challenges within that challenge:
-Days Vitamins Taken
-Daily Mood Level (choose from a drop down list)
-@ least 15 min/day Reading
-limit recreational screen time to 60 min/day
-declutter 1 item per day
-share one inspirational quote per day
-1 workout/day
