Today's boxing boot camp was basically a repeat of Wednesday's session, but for some reason, I was sweating 40000% more. One of my new favorite conditioning exercises is "Spiderman crawls" ...crawling on the floor like Spiderman would crawl up a wall. Ha!
Totally reset my alarm this morning - was planning on gym-ing it up before work, but my internal clock was not having it. Mid-day workout instead with Christine! Cardio, lifting legs, and abs.
Pre-counting the drink I'll most likely have at dinner, and also the flights of stairs I'll be taking to finish off the day. It's Friiiidayyyyyyy.

Tried indoor rock climbing today - thanks Christine & James for teaching and spotting my flailing self!
A little rowing, boxing boot camp with Christine, a little more rowing, and squeaked out some more Thousands before I had to run off to meet my sister for a day of lobster rolls and movies.

Followed the two gym classes with rowing.
Oof. OOOOOOOF! "Today will be a rest day" turned into "Today I'll just take an abs class" to "Yo Christine, I'll join you for boot camp after abs class I guess!" to "Hey Christine, I'll try out Turbo Kick after that too."
And now I can't move.
Tried to mentally keep track of everything between all the classes, though crunches are totally guesstimated (umm, average of 40 per minute? and if 20 out of 30 minutes were crunch-like?)

Core & Calm + Boxing Boot Camp (with workout buddy Christineee) classes are just a blast. The dreaded "we're going to do bear crawls and inchworms" caused many a groan, but I'm not excruciatingly sore like last time!
Totally exhausted, so having a chillaxed Friday night. Met some of the wonderful ladies of SW earlier tonight - hi hi!! - followed by some good eatings in Chinatown.
Also had a blessed half day at work for President's Day holiday weekend, so snuck in my workout before happy hour / dinner. Put in 4 or 5 sprints with today's rowing, which left me dripping sweat, and then some Thousands. I see that my "least favorite" Thousands exercise are dips... they're suspiciously trailing the other exercises... will fix, will fix!
