Had a sub in Amp'd Abs class - Ms. Cicely! Loved her instruction + killer exercises. Ow.
I'd never been to a spin class before - might as well start at the fancy shmancy place that costs more than half my gym membership fee! Went to SoulCycle in Tribeca with a couple of coworkers.
Definitely a sweatfest - loved the "community" vibe, but seriously, I had an issue with the temperature as the mirrors were fogging up.
Overall a great workout and will consider going back there ONCE IN AWHILE as it fits into budget, and of course might try out the spinning classes at my gym itself.
Afterwards, I walked home. From Tribeca. Three miles! I'm counting that as another workout!

Rock climbing attempt #2. What a fun activity, yes/no? I'm considering getting a little membership, as one-time passes can get a little pricey. Christine and James are great climbing buddies - thanks dudes!
Today's boxing boot camp was basically a repeat of Wednesday's session, but for some reason, I was sweating 40000% more. One of my new favorite conditioning exercises is "Spiderman crawls" ...crawling on the floor like Spiderman would crawl up a wall. Ha!
Totally reset my alarm this morning - was planning on gym-ing it up before work, but my internal clock was not having it. Mid-day workout instead with Christine! Cardio, lifting legs, and abs.
Pre-counting the drink I'll most likely have at dinner, and also the flights of stairs I'll be taking to finish off the day. It's Friiiidayyyyyyy.
