Run 2 of Week 4 Couch to 5k.
Restorative last night after a day spent hauling electronics to a SAFE recycling event in upper Manhattan. Public transit was a mess and those bags were heavy. The only saving grace was it was a very pretty day to be stuck out by the side of the road, waiting (and waiting) for the M4 bus.
Started week 4 of the Couch to 5k podcast. In the rain, no less.
Bikram. And I've officially become that girl excited about the party at the yoga studio.
