Yoga, hip hop w/ rachel 2hrs: nice new moves today, more house less hip hop still cool

Lunch: whole wheat & raisin bagel w/avocado & tj 21 salt free seasoning, peanuts, green grapes
Dinner:whole wheat pita w/ tomato sauce, onion, garlic basil cayenne pepper, soygurt w/ dried cherries & raw cashews
Funk, masala bhangra 2hrs : feeling the funk & the beat, craig & sarina are helping me step it up for my work competition to get the most steps on my pedometer.

Hip hop, cardio tai box, house 2hrs 45 mins: i luv cardio because i feel so detoxed afterwards & hate cardio because i get so sweaty that my glasses fog up and slip. ppl w/ perfect vision are so blessed...

Lunch: couscous w/ dried seaweed,scallion,carrot, pretzels
Dinner: probar, plain soygurt (soy yogurt) w/ sunflower seeds, dried cherries.
Hip hop X2 2hrs 40 mins: learned about waving & poppin from my coworker today who taught a community class, so nice that kids can dance freely

Virgin yoga , hip hop 2hrs : Virgin yoga is a great reinforcer of the basics for me, there is a challenge in the slow holds. and its a great stretch b4 tearing it up in Hip hop:)

Dinner: wheat pita pizza boca meat free chik nuggets, papaya
Funk, cardio sculpt, eat pray love yoga 2hrs 45mins: It's throwback tues in funk, so super fly. This new cardio sculpt class is so full o cardio that i end up a sweaty mess in yoga. Tho yoga was nice, had all the balancing poses that i need to work on.
