I am disabled so I do very low impact exercises everyday to get my body to move basically. I do feel blue on days I feel bad. But on days that my pain is a 6-7 I m fairly happy. And I always have made a list of 10 things everyday I am grateful for. 1. sunshine 2. birds singing 3. Husband said he loved me 3. cleaned my house 4, spoke to my friends via skype or logitech 5. Had one on one time with my animals. 6. Got dressed 7. Laughed 8. Smiled 9 Had a great dinner 10. sleep 3-4 hours during the night without waking in pain.
