Agni Namaskar" (fire salutation) centered around 108 pushups, core work and dance drills. I made a pot bean soup and a big salad for dinner.
Yoga & Dance Drills & Choreography today. I made spinach pasta for dinner. I wonder if they will create another challenge since this challenge will be over in a few days. I enjoy reading others posts about their challenge journey.
I did the Ballet Conditioning DVD workout and it was wonderful. (Oooweee, I really felt the burn in my quads) I have plans of eating and enjoying some yummy foods today?
