90 minutes on the precor- 10 miles! Then stretched and walked
Straps and bells class this morning followed by 1 hr of interval training on the Precor machine
Salsa baby!
4 mile walk on the beach and then trip time in the gym doing two full body circuits- Precor, rowing machine, pullup, dips, squats, alternating one arm kettlebell swings, weighted bars trunk twists and 2.15 minute core exercise and lastly calf raises.
