So much yoga. I cannot feel my shoulders.
Rollerskating win! No one fell! Then we ate tasty food truck food, drank wine from the tap and chatted about all things fitness.
Tried to avoid riding over all the horse poop in Central Park.
Last dragonboat race of the season (for real this time). 5 races later, we came in second place overall. woot!
Non-stop volleyball scrimmages. So fun!
Buddah Belly. Told the instructor I wouldn't be in class for a while because I'm starting teacher training soon! She was super happy and supportive.
Ok SW family, I need serious advice. My half marathon is in less than 2 weeks. Honestly, I know I can finish the race, but it will be painful and ugly because I have not put in the proper training that I should have. Also, I start yoga teacher training the day before. So I won't be able to enjoy any of the fun because I will be rushing back to the city to make it to class. And did yall know that it takes THREE HOURS to get out there? I had no clue.
sigh. What should I do??? Skip the half or just man up and run it?
It's been so long since I've taken Sunday night spin with Sass. I forgot how fast her legs move. We planned lots of fun activities and sleepovers once yoga teacher training starts.
6ish miles. Total strugs. I don't think my legs will be functioning properly for a while.
