so sore from silks yesterday so i went to buddha belly to stretch it out. but my muscles felt cold the whole time so i don't think i got a good stretch. wah wahhhh
aerial class #2. the purple silk was so much harder to climb this time. but we had some good laughs and i got to see vonhottie's thong. woot!
some arm and core work with some yoga stretching before 60 minutes of spin. i seriously thought i was not going to survive the class. i'm pretty sure the instructor called me out for "semi-cheating" on one of the climbs. oops. suckling pig for dinner as a treat.
really need to stop treating myself with chocolate. i think i need to go on a sugar ban again. volleyball tonight and we won all 3 games! stretched out my sore muscles with some yoga in my living room.
