Does decluttering count if it is recluttters something else? Like if I move clutter to a different spot? For example, I declutter the living room and foyer by gathering up about 10 pairs of shoes...but then just drop them in a heap in the bedroom?

So boxing might actually get me through these thousands ... or most of them. I have limited interest in superheroes, so those will be a challenge for me. In class Thursday we did a push up challenge alternated with situps. My abs and arms were killing me at the time -- I could barely breathe. But the next day I feel fine.
I tried to make up for my complete laziness on Wed. by running 5 miles after class.
By time lunch rolled around I was starving and glad that I had leftover carmalized onion and tomato tart tatin. This is one my favorite meals and so easy to make -- if you have the ingredients on hand. It turns out beautifully -- a good dinner party food.
Personal project is wedding planning. I realized I am behind on my timeline and sent myself into a full panic attack around 3 pm that didn't subside until after I gorged on sushi at 9 at which point all I wanted to do was go to sleep...and drink water.

No more baby TRX. Our instructors were all told by management to ramp it up now that they've been working with us for two months. Springing into svelte!

I was lazy and metroed to the gym for TRX and because of track maintance and elevator outages I was almost late to class! Lesson learned -- run to the gym. I ran home though and it was looooovely. Then I took a 2.5 hour nap -- count that!

I wanted yoga to be really challenging -- full of balancing poses, deep warriors, push ups. I wanted to sweat and learn new poses. But that didn't happen. This was a 100 level yoga class, and I was very disappointed. It was like when you are starving so eat an apple, but instead of making you less hungry it makes you more hungry. Now I am craving a good yoga session.

I love, love, love seeing the same people in different classes at the gym. I like how we are slowly becoming friends! Cheers to being social and working out!
Also, an embarrassing sweat story. This is probably (def) TMI: While running I sweated through my sportsbra and under shirt and then... just the nipples of my top shirt. How embarrassing! Two dots right there. Ugh. For once I wished I had sweated more so the whole top shirt was wet and not just those two spots.

I had a sneaking suspicion the trx classes I was taking were baby trx, and after Monday's class w a different instructor I know they were. We were flying through the air doing moves I've never done. For example, we jumped from a sitting position to standing to a low squat and then back to sitting. We also did these ridiculous side curtsies where we tapped the floor with one hand and pulled ourselves up with the other. My shoulders and rump hurt the next day -- it was exactly what I needed!
I skipped zumba in favor of running home since the weather was still "nice" -- 50 degrees and overcast. Perfect running weather!

I was too tired to run to the gym Saturday morning, but I ran home so I still logged some miles. TRX was push up heavy, but that's okay because I'm so far behind on my thousands.

One toe nail down, nine remaining. I lost my pinky toe nail on Wednesday's five mile run. That run was not long enough or badass enough to have inflicted such pain. I, therefore, blame my sock. I think it was miffed at me for not properly matching it to its mate and to get back at me it wrinkled around my pinky toe and rubbed until my poor toe couldn't stand it any more. Bad sock! Bad, bad, bad sock! And bad Liz for not paying more attention! Huff.

I was flagging on Sunday. That combined with brunch plans at 11 meant I only squeezed in one class and forgo hip hop happiness. There is always next week.
