Michelle from AG Yoga brightened the day subbing for Fernando and his cheeky Rock Botttom & Top It Off dual set of classes. Not a lot of sleep lately + recovering from a cough so was pretty spent but hit the floor afterwards to chip away at the 1111s.
Headed to AG yoga but it was full so put in some 1111s and then rode home along the East River, enjoying the beautiful Fall day and loving that the leaves have fiiiiiiiiinally turned.
Back to Bosu, this time coupled w/ Chisel. Excellent class taught by Deborah H.!
Evening "Ultimate Conditioning" with Tina, who boasts that she's crazier than any of us. Gauging by the spastic tempo and insane amount of reps she subjected us to (of which I probably only accomplished 2/3 if I was lucky), I agree wholeheartedly.
