Woke up still feeling a little sick, but wanted to get some sort of workout in. Did 20 minutes of dancer's abs and 15 minutes of active recovery. Felt much better later (turns out it was allergies), so I did another 20 minutes of cardio kickboxing and 10 minutes of ab work. Actually, working out today was the only thing that DID feel good. I hate feeling so stuffy!

HAD to take a break yesterday... spent some time outdoors with my little family. Woke up early today to get in 40 minutes of cardio scuplt/HIITs, but now I'm feeling a little under the weather.
How do YOU get colds/flus away? I'm drinking up some water w/ lime and emergen-c, but I'm always looking for other (natural) ways to fight off colds.

Woke up a little late today, and was EXTREMELY tired (13 hours at work the day before), so I didn't have much time to do anything. 20 minutes of toning and 10 of abs. I did get to spend some time outdoors today, so that was great!! One more thing to be thankful for. =)

30 minutes of kickboxing, 10 minutes of abs, and 30 minutes of dancing.
Yesterday turned out to be a day of eating junk food, and wow! Am I paying for it today! I have to remind myself that the yummy-ness of greasy pizza and chips does NOT feel good afterwards.

I woke up early in the morning, and drove to my parent's home, picked up my dad, and hiked up the mountain. It was about 7:00 when we sat on the ledge and watched the sun rise. BEAUTIFUL!
Went home after hiking about 2.25 miles, and did 20 minutes of kickboxing and 20 minutes of cardio sculpt. Felt good that day!

Did 20 minutes of Butt Bible lower body, and 20 minutes of BB upper body. Gotta keep the glutes up!

Such a loooooooong day... woke up at 5:00, left for work by 7:00a, and didn't get home until almost 8:00p. It was definitely a productive day, but I am beyond tired.
Did 20 minutes of strength training and 20 minutes of total body/cardio. I also did a little dancing during lunch!

Did 30 minutes of cardio and 10 minutes of abs before work. THEN I came home from work and could not relax, so I added another 20 minutes of strength training and felt much better.
