Today was a bootcamp cardio circuit (about 25 minutes) and then followed up with chest and triceps and 5 minutes of a yoga stretch.

This weekend hasn't been the best... I feel physically tired and just not wanting to make healthy choices food wise. Hopefully Monday will bring me out of my funk!!

Today I did half a bootcamp cardio workout (20 minutes), with 10 minutes of shoulder and ab work, and 5 minutes of yoga/stretch. It's almost Friday! And I can't wait!!

Today was an incredible cardio bootcamp workout that really kicked my butt! Lots of lunges, jumps, pushups, crunches... I?m going to hurt tomorrow, guaranteed!

Tired my first Tabata workout today, and I LOVED it! It was a great way to keep my heart rate up, but it wasn't so strenuous that I couldn't do the entire workout. Hurray!

This morning I turned back to an old standby - DVD workouts! I did a total body bootcamp workout w/ cardio and ten minutes of abs and shoulders. It felt good to slow down a little, but boy! Were my glutes and arms hurting the next day!

Did an incredible bootcamp workout (more like incredibly hard!) complete with pushups, jump squats, tuck jumps, walking lunges... wow. I was breathing hard! Finished with a nice little 12 minute yoga session.

Created my own workout today... a mix of cardio and strength training (focusing on arms) bootcamp-y type of workout. Sweaty and breathing hard!
