Maybe I did more than two workouts? Anyway, I did 25 minutes of Tabata, 35 minutes of glutes and biceps, and 10 minutes of (much needed!) stretching/yoga.

I didn't have much time (nor energy), but I did get in a 35 minute workout. 10 minutes of circuit to warm up (and boy, did I sweat!), and twenty minutes of thigh work, with a 5 minute stretch.
Spent a wonderful day with family and friends. I was so proud of myself for not overeating! Instead, I indulged on fruits whenever I felt the need to eat.

Wow, did I get in a workout! Did 20 minutes of kickboxing, 10 minutes of circuit training, 30 minutes of shoulder work, 10 minutes of abs, and 10 minutes of stretching. WORK!
Dinner was spent grilling with the hubs... check out this recipe for the grilled romaine that we cooked. So yummy!

Did a Tabata workout today and got the heart rate up! Also did a thigh toning workout with the TIU girls. Needless to say, my @$$ hurt so bad for the next couple of days!

Today was (technically) a rest day. I spent the day in the mountains cleaning the area, pulling weeds, clearing debris, etc. We had to ride a boat in to get there, so my glute muscles were KILLING me the next day!

Today was an easy day. I couldn't work up the energy for a major workout, so the husband and I took the dog for a two mile (slow) walk. Did a few jumping jacks and squats, but other than that... took it easy!

Today was an interesting day... I really didn't feel like working out, so I proposed (to myself!) that I just complete 30 minutes. I ended up doing a whole hour! I did 20 minutes of kickboxing, and 30 minutes focusing on glutes and shoulders and ended with a 10 minute stretch.
I'm really enjoying eating clean! Oatmeal has become a personal favorite. Looking for some good oatmeal recipes? Here's a great link:

I tried a new circuit workout today, heavy on the shoulders, pushups, and core. Also finished with a five minute ab workout from the Tone It Up girls and a stretch. Happy Tuesday!
