Dinner at 'sNice in Park Slope. Yummy.
Went to Buddha Belly at Crunch. Sort of weird class - a fusion of yoga and pilates, which I wasn't really expecting from the description. So the class itself was just okay, but it was taught by the woman who taught my first yoga class ever five years ago! Totally weird, and I've always remembered her because I really liked her, and she was super nice to me in that first class even though I was totally lost. And I still liked her. Nice little deja vu.
Did elliptical for 25 minutes and ran for 20. Knee hurt. :(

Had a little bit of cane sugar today. It was in my gluten-free pancake mix, but it was only a teeny bit, so I figured it would be fine. And I really, really wanted pancakes.
Yesteday, I did an all liquids day for my Crazy Sexy Cleanse. I was surprised that I did not feel hungry once during the day, even when everyone around me was eating giant veggie burgers. I made three green smoothies packed with veggies, nuts, hemp protein powder and chia seeds to keep me full, and I had two juices from Liquiteria as little treats. One was the all greens one with apple, and the other was a carrot-based immunity boosting one. Both were delicious. I also had a whole lot of herbal tea. I spent the evening at the movies, enjoying my final smoothie of the day. First liquid fast: successful.
