So I have been away for a while on here...Sorry about that. Didnt want to go back everyday and make each day up so I just lumped them all into todays workout...Noo I am not that much of a beast ;-)
So I am mixing it up some. I did Insanity's Core Cardio and Balance this morning in place of Plyo X. I forgot that this was a recovery workout for Insanity and still smoked me like Plyo does.
I actually did Insanity's Plyometric Cardio Circuit today, and forgot just how much harder that one is compared to Tony's version. I am spent.
Blasted Jump knee tuck......that was my kryptonite.
On my third complete round, and boy those d@#$ Jump Knee Tucks do not get any easier for me.
