Forgot to report for yesterday, but this is for yesterday and so far today.
Did my first full pullup (since getting out of the gym habit a couple years ago)! Gripping bar with palms facing in, which seems easier. Slowly but surely!
I'm doing really slow pushups with grips, and just slow lowering-down pullups (from chin up down to full extension) until I can do a full pullup again. :/
No pullups for me today, I suck. Also, how do I get our Habit Labs team to show up on the leaderboard?
I'm as weak as a wet noodle right now, but give me a week or two and I'll be back to where I was pre-Niko.
