Double lunch workout! Took both "Whittle Your Middle" and "Gams and Guns" at Uplift this afternoon with Chelsea. Man, it burned. But it meant I got some Thousands in! (Numbers above are totally conservative counts, I'm sure I missed quite a few...) Fun stuff. I hurt. :)
Oh, and one of the Flywheel instructors (Stephanie N) was my classmate!

4M Fitness run at Central Park :) Also I met Holly Rilinger for like, 5 minutes. I can see why fatbottomslim is constantly raving about her!
Flywheel with Lacey Stone!!!! I was so excited to hear she was teaching one class in NYC, and I suppose it was good timing too now that I apparently enjoy spin, haha. Took a day off for it.
Evening CMC meetup for another prep session. This one was more talking and socializing but still a crazy good workout. Still alive!
Morning Uplifting class at Uplift (cute class names), followed by Spin with Liz, and then evening core work with the boyfriend. Fun and productive day!
And then I went and pulled something in my shoulder. :(
Lunchtime Thousands! It's been a while since I dedicated an entire workout to Thousands. Happy :)

Prep workout today for the Civilian Military Combine. Holy hell, rough workout, totally drenched at the end (aka I loved it).
The workout:
- 0.5 mile run
- 20 deadlifts (50lbs)

- 1:30 kettlebell swings (used a 25lb dumbell)
- 1:30 tuck jumps
- 1:30 burpees
- 1:30 thrusters (used a 36lb body bar)

- 6 pullups, 10 jumps to catch the bar
- 20 pushups

- 0.5 mile run
- 40 side to side jumps
- 40 front to back jumps

- 0.5 mile run
- Bear crawls
- Army crawls

- 20 back squats (36lb body bar)
- 20 lunges (36lb body bar)

Pepper Boot Camp! I think I'm done with these classes... they're great workouts and all but it seems like every class I walk away with a stiff neck...
Trained James again with core work... I was going to join in too but couldn't move. :( So I got to watch him do crunches. I guess those don't count towards August Abs right??
