Yoga at I.AM.YOU and another 100 for the Uplift Pushup Challenge
Half marathon with my friends Sharon and Annie! IN ATLANTIC CITY!
This is definitely the fastest I had run in a quite a while. All 3 of us went in thinking, this will be a nice easy run, just have some fun. And then in our heads as we ran, all three thought "I HAVE to keep up with the other 2!" And so our 13 mile journey happened and we all ran together from start to finish, and pushed ourselves harder than we expected.
And I finished in 2:04. Holy crap!
And the medal is freaking gorgeous.
No real workout yesterday except for the pushups challenge.
My beautiful act was celebrating with my family for my parents' 28th anniversary!
Back to I.AM.YOU yoga and another set for the Uplift Studios 100 pushups challenge (100 pushups daily for two weeks).
My beautiful act was buying a nice little bouquet of roses to brighten up the apartment. They is purdy.
Whittle Your Middle during lunch. Flip & Tuck after work. 100 pushups challenge before bed. Productive day!
I'm not sure what defines performing beautifully but I did my first wall-supported headstand during Flip & Tuck (at Streb) today and I was very proud of myself.
