Lunchtime class at Uplift with Stephanie N. Fun fun! So happy she's teaching there, love her energy!
3am wakeup for the Disney Princess Half Marathon! There may have been an extra mile warmup involved.
Holy heck it was HOT and HUMID. Insane. I definitely took quite a few walking breaks and well, lots of breaks taking photos with characters! My overall time wasn't terrible, 2:38 including all the rests. I was a tad disappointed though, I was under the impression that there'd be more running through the parks, but it was mostly running through parking lots and roads outside the parks. Otherwise, I had a blast, and it was some good time off from work. :)
5am wakeup for my Florida flight :)
6:39am! Morning jog to spin class, and then rock climbing in the evening with James :)
5:52am. Dragged my butt out of bed so that I could make it to my first Refine class (and breakfast) with Sasseletic and Fatbridesmaid. Love you ladies!
Love love loved Refine. I hope their Union Sq location opens back up soon so I can go for real instead of dragging myself all the way up to the Upper East Side (because let's face it, I'm not gonna wake up before 6am that often).
6:30am wakeup!
Quick jog to Chalk, I was expecting to make the 7am yoga class, but no one was there, so I confused-looking walked into the spin class instead (had to do something right?).
That may have been a bad idea because I actually had scheduled a class at Revolve for that night too.
Soooo I did my first double. Whoo hoo?
6:10am! I had a morning yoga date with a coworker before work, and I was determined to make it!
6:56am, just made it!
6:45am. Why?
Morning trip for day 2 of my Chalk Gyms trial. I took a spin class. It was pretty empty, with only 4 people riding, but the gym really is only a few months old so I guess that's not so bad. It was nice just being able to walk into a class without signing up. Plus, it's a lot more cost effective. I do wish there were more people so we could feed off of each other's energy, but let's be honest, this ain't no Flywheel. Setting aside, it was actually a pretty fun class and a good workout.
