Catchup: Couldn't move. Def a rest day.
Catchup: SoWo meetup at the Highline Lot! Roller-skating! Beer! Ice cream! Lobster rolls! It was splendiferous.
Quickie workout! 15 minutes on the erg with Steph, and then the rest of the time spent doing lunges, kettlebells and tuck jumps.
Been doing a lot of short lunch workouts lately. I kinda like it. Makes me feel useful on those too-busy-for-a-long-workout days.
Catchup: Thousands circuit at the gym + 20-Pullup and 100-Pushup training!
Warmed up with the 20lb kettlebell and realized it was getting to easy. I'm a little sad the gym's heaviest kettlebell is only 30lb....
Didn't feel like running, so did plyometrics and calisthenics today. And everything SoWo loggable (is that a word?). Sweat. Fest.
Went to the gym with Steph during lunch and did 1.5 miles with 2 sprints, but I have like .7 miles unaccounted for, so rounding up. Then did a few squats and kettlebell swings in the stretch area.
One of our trainer buddies decided to have us do some Crossfit stuff JUST FOR FUN before we left. So over the next 15 minutes, I ended up with 25 kettlebell overhead swings (3 sets @ 30lbs), 50 lunges (2 sets) and 15 knees to elbows (2 sets). Counting it as a personal training session even though he worked out with us too... just because.

Mobile update! Quick interval workout at the gym during lunch. Thousands all came from Cindy's boot camp class, which was thankfully held indoors today after work.
Bought enough bread, meat, and cheese to last me the week at work, so I'm going to try for this not-buying-lunch dealio.
