Catchup: Short KB session in the evening. While catching up with Being Human. Such horrible acting, but I can't stop watching it...
Core workout at JackRabbit after work and kettlebell work at home! =)
Quick lunchtime workout at the gym - kettlebells, several variations of pushups (wide, tricep, divebomber, a sad attempt at diamond *boohoo*). Sweaty mcsweat after only a few minutes. Loved it.

I have trigger point therapy tonight with Nicole from Body Balance NYC for my little legsies. She is amazeballs, y'all. And NYRR folks get a small discount too. *nods*

Jumping jacks would have been a bad move but I did kettlebells instead :)
Quick gym trip during my lunch break yesterday for some kettlebell swings, plyo box jumps, and pushups. Fun fun sweat sweat fun.
Quick lunchtime workout... 6 mins rowing, 1 slow and painful mile on the treadmill (first time running since the marathon!) and then some kettlebell swings.
I followed all that up with a fried chicken club sandwich from Hill Country Chicken. Oops.
BKB tonight, maybe.
I really wanted to rock climb tonight but was stuck late at work. Boooo. So I did the farmer walk with a 35lb kettlebell from the office to the subway, between subway lines, and then from the subway to the bus, and then from the bus home... Oh, did I mention I bought a kettlebell and left it at the office for an entire week before deciding to take it home? Hehe.
Kettlebell swings and a few pullups when I got home. I really should get on those thousands.
