worked out with trainer mike today -- my brother was my PT angel and bestowed upon me 6 sessions for my birthday. it's painful. it's glorious.
i've realized i'm no longer a beast and this is unacceptable. so, through the pain and out to glory!!!!

30 toe touches
40 squats (ass to grass, so to speak)
1/4 mile run
for good measure we did some crazy row / one-legged deadlift compound movement (3 x 12, each leg, 60 lbs) and twisty ab stuff (3 x 10 each side, 60 lbs).

my green juice is more like purple-ish brown and looks gross. it tastes delicious however! carrot tops, beet greens (hence the purple brown), parsley, apple, lemon, ginger.
people throw away so many produce trimmings that can be juiced!
also, i love my omega 8004.
