Egg white quiche for breakfast, lemon garlic chicken and veggies for lunch, and homemade taco salad with low fat dressing for dinner! Got lots of fruits and veggies in for snacks too (banana, orange, clementine, carrots and celery)...rocking it out. Lower body exercises(squats, lunges, bridges). BAM!
