Personal Goals
1.) Tell us which practice was your favorite and why.
I think my favorite practice was Alexandria's cardio. It was always the perfect level of intensity and flow to get my heart rate up and to feel like I had efficiently stretched my body.
2.) Tell us which practice was your least favorite and why.
The Sunday breaks! I had a hard time forcing myself to slow down and allow my body to re-balance.
3.) Please create three goals that you will commit to after the challenge is over.
Goal 1: I will make sure to take workday stretch breaks while I'm on campus. A quick inversion like "down-dog up the wall" is far more effective to keep my head clear rather than pounding down more coffee.
Goal 2: I will practice three cardio, two strength, and at least one relaxation sequence every week. This new habit feels to good to stop now!
Goal 3: I will practice breathing techniques before yoga, and I will allow my breath to lead me through my sequences.
