felt cold outside today so it was the perfect day for hot yoga. The class focused on back bends and at first I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to do the class, but in the end it was exactly what I needed to stretch out my aching back. Even did wheel pose which I've been avoiding for months. For pushups we did dolphin pose pushups.
